About Us:

DAI was established in October, 2006. Vincent J. Dunn, P.E. left a previous engineering firm that he was a partner in and decided to branch off on his own. His goal was to create a unique company which focuses very closely on client needs and at the same time creates a friendly and enjoyable work place for his employees. These goals have been achieved.

DAI staff has over 75 years of combined consulting experience working in the Northeast Florida region. During these years, close relationships have been developed with all of the different agencies which we rely on to secure plan approvals and permits. Close relationships have also been established with numerous outside consultants (Environmental Consultants, surveyors, geotechnical engineers, traffic engineers, landscape architects, etc.) We facilitate all facets of any project from start to finish and routinely take this role for out of town clients.
